Simply Soirée was founded in 2001 by Linda Frisard, who has over thirteen years experience in the wedding and special event industry. A native from New Orleans, Louisiana, Linda brings warmth and soul to all her events.

Linda's background includes restaurant management and director of catering. Linda has held the prestige position of Events Director for Bank of America, where she planned, executed and managed all in house and field events and projects for the Central Florida Region. She later showcased her talents with Sterling Events, a premier meeting planning company in North Carolina. At Sterling Events, she had the privilege of traveling all across the nation, planning and executing large conferences, trade shows, multi day seminars and very special events – including a Luau in Maui, Hawaii for 800 guests. Linda has also coordinated events for many major corporations including WESH television, FISERV, House of Blues and Universal Studios Florida. She has even booked talent & produced concerts.

Before moving to Orlando, Florida in 1990, Linda also danced a few steps with Fred Astaire (Dance Studios) – as both an instructor and producer of their annual extravaganzas and has choreographed special waltzes for many weddings.

Over the years, Linda realized her true passion is in helping couples plan their once-in-a-lifetime, joy-filled Wedding. It is a personal delight to Linda to witness the beginning of the journey, as two become one.

Linda is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and is also a contributing writer for the magazine as well as on the planning committee for the organizations 2007 annual conference. She has also been a featured guest for the "Ask A Professional" segments on a local radio station. Linda is also a founding member of the nonprofit D.A.R.T. (Disaster Aid Response Team) ministry that was formed in 2005 after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina and is now certified and a part of the CERT (community emergency response team) program.
